Cage mesh is a kind of welded wire mesh with square or rectangular aperture. The heavy gauge wire guarantees the solid structure and ensures the interior animal can't tear or break the cage. Galvanized and PVC coating prevent corrosive attacks from all weathers and animals urine and feces. For PVC coated cage mesh, black, green and white colors are provided.
In the zoo, welded cage wire mesh is often used to build permanent bird cage or housing. Rectangular opening is ideal for visibility and air flowing. It often cooperates with steel or aluminum frames forming a pen. Besides the sizes listed in the table below, special sizes are still available.
Cage meshes can also have other applications. For example, it can be used in the garden to protect plants from rabbits, possums or other greedy critters.
